Mr. Joey Timell Battle, age 45 of Millington Tennessee passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - East.

There will be a Viewing for Mr. Battle on Sunday, January 11th from 2:00 - 2:25 PM with his Funeral Service to begin at 2:30 PM at Jefferson Mortuary, Chapel, 7788 Church Street, Millington, Tennessee 38053.

Joey Battle was born on February 3, 1980 to Timothy and Joyce Wright Battle, and passed away on January 3, 2026. He spent part of his youth attending Millington High School, where he began shaping the path that would define his working life. Joey later earned his GED, a milestone that reflected his determination and commitment to personal growth.

Joey dedicated himself to learning the skill of carpentry, taking pride in working with his hands and building things that would last. His craftsmanship and willingness to learn were qualities that those around him admired. Joey will be remembered for his perseverance, his work ethic, and the mark he left through both his work and his life.
