Mrs. Rachel Ophelia Middleton, of Millington, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at her residence,
Her visitation will be Wednesday, October 30th from 4- 7 p.m. at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc., 7788 Church Street, Millington, Tennessee 38053. Funeral service will take place Thursday, October 31st at 11 a.m. at Breath Of Life Christian Center, 3795 Frayser Raleigh Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38128 with a viewing from 10 - 10:55 a.m.
Interment will follow at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery, Millington, Tennessee.
