Mr. Steven George Shipp 50, of Munford, Tennessee passed away Monday June 10, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Covington, Tennessee. He was the son of Reverend George W. Shipp and the late Shirley Wilson Shipp born in Portsmouth Virginia.

He completed Raleigh-Egypt High School and Tennessee State University. While a student, he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

He accepted Christ at Tabernacle Missionary baptist Church at an early age and was called into ministry in 2012.

Steve was united in holy matrimony to Keona Clark on February 1, 2018 and to this union was born Steven Shipp, Jr. and an unborn son.

In addition to his wife and children, he leaves to cherish his memories; his father Reverend George Shipp, Sister-in-law Daveri Shipp, nephew Desi Shipp, nieces Dasia Shipp and Rayven Shipp.

He was preceded in death by his Mother Shirley Wilson Shipp, brother Christopher Erik Shipp and a niece DeAnna Shipp.

Steve leaves love and memories with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family members.

Visitation will be Friday June 21st at Jefferson Mortuary, Inc., 7788 Church Street, Millington, TN 38053 from 5 - 7 p.m. and a viewing on Saturday June 22nd from 10 - 10:55 a.m. before funeral service at 11 a.m. at New Living Well Worship Center, 7996 Wilkinsville Road, Millington, TN 38053.

Interment will follow at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery in Millington, Tennessee 38053.
